To use sealing wax, light the stick like a candle. Drip upon paper or item, then DAMPEN the seal, and press into the wax. After a few seconds the wax will solidify, and the seal can be picked up. The impression remains.
 
Each stick of sealing wax creates 20-25 impressions.
