Process

Using various ladles, I pour metal into molds at a temperature of 650 degrees. I create the original art, do the mold making and the casting as well as finishing. A microtorch is my favorite tool for assembly, and dremels are used to carve directly into the metal.

Metal

The custom alloy used for my sculptural design is tin, antimony, and silver. Metal Vessels are Certified American Pewter, an alloy of tin, antimony, and copper.
